The divine guidance

"Divine guidance" was the theme of last week. It was about the standard, which applies the Bible regarding our personality. The spokesman, Bruce Thompson and Barbara used, the model of the sinkers, which is applied to our life wall 'and to study whether we can build it vertically. Just as a plumb line always follows the pull of gravity and this is an absolute, so should be our life according to the instructions and suggestions of the Bible. This is are not burdensome regulations, but about the love letter of a father who wants his child the right way to live by.
If the wall is built wrong, it collapses at some point. And we build the wall wrong inevitably, some more, others less. shows the storms of life then, as the wall is steadfast. On the one hand, the wall is wrong by itself in the rejection of refuge and become passive, or by jumping into the rebellion and want everything to create their own. Both sides are extreme and do not lead to a fulfilled life.
course was first tried this plummet us, 'and there was plenty to nibble. Sometimes you need a few (living) stones are taken away, it can be built further back straight.
As followers of Christ, it is important that we let God work on our personality and are ready for change. It's like a gem: it must be ground away a bit so that it shines beautifully. After
had the full fuel but also time for fun: a crazy hair night (see photo)

On Saturday we made a trip to the surf paradise of Waikato (the area in which we live), namely to Raglan. However, it was no good weather, but a few brave surfers in thermal suits did it anyway. Raglan itself is not so exciting and has a drop-out atmosphere and seaside resort reminiscent of a sleepy Mediterranean: a broad main street, in the middle of palm trees, small stalls and dingy cafes and alternative shops with Ying Yang sculptures and other pseudo-artistic items.
We visited the Whale Bay and met by chance 'a couple who are also strong Christians, and just last year, a Swiss couple from YWAM Matamata had with them to visit - how small the world is.
On Sunday we visited again the blue river (River Waihoa) together with our Swiss friends and the children of our leaders.

I'm Having Knee Pain On Inside Of My Knee

KW36

Hello!
Now we have let you wait a long time but with our next report. So what has done everything done since last time:
Last week we had on Monday, spending time with God. The Pre-School and Home School staff adapted to our children until 15:00 and we were able to simply a time for communing with God. Sabine and I went to the beach at Tauranga, and everyone went for a walk to pray (yes - one can at the beach), reading the Bible (yes, imagine - that you can even take to the beach!). We enjoyed the time - at last no one material that we have to squeeze inside the brain! Then we exchanged each other what we like is' had.
the rest of the week we had another lesson on the topic, Spiritual Warfare '. Unfortunately, the spokesman, Dean Sherman, do not come in person, as there were spare DVDs of his lectures, but they were very good and understandable. The issue is not about the Crusades, but about how to effectively pray for concern.
Well, is it really such a topic that you can fill the same one weeks with it? Well, the Bible has a lot to say. When we pray, then these are not self-talk or just talk then, so, but we pray for God's concern, which he has laid on our hearts. And if we ask nicely, then he does too. Is not that a bit strange? Why so complicated that he could not do myself? Yes, but he wants to do through us. Through prayer can bring about powerful. For example it is a fact that has been prayed for Islamic countries in which we could not send missionaries. And interestingly enough, then some of the people there had visions and dreams of Jesus, even though they had never heard of him and repented. Somehow they came to biblical material, and told it on. And now there are thousands of Christians in underground churches radical Islamic states. About which we hear in the media, of course, nothing. This week has encouraged us to take prayer more seriously again.
weekend we took not much, Wolfgang prepared himself on Saturday at his Devotion (each of us must once again hold a prayer service, called Devotion), plus it was raining quite heavily. On Sunday we visited
with Nora, the new 19-year-old pre-school worker from Hanover, a Baptist church in Matamata. There were about 300 visitors, 50% of these young people, even the church is uncharacteristically quite charismatic, we felt so immediately comfortable.
On Sunday afternoon we drove to the nearby Waihou-Walkway, a walk along an interesting, bluing river. Of these, we have you up loaded a few photos. Until next time!

It tastes good!

Letters For Winning A Christmas Light Contest

28th August to 3 September

This time it has taken a bit longer because we had to write several reports during the week and on weekends had kitchen duty.
The week began with two days of teaching about relationships and communication. What I took away: God does not want separation. He is a God of restoration and healing and does not want people to be separated. It is always oppose and would like to bring the Christians apart. Mostly, not the other on my nerves, but a bad experience or injury that I projecting to the other.
"Make home a safe place" was an important sentence. Our children should be allowed to leave his home. Especially teenagers (begins with some already having 12 years or even earlier on) to at home have the opportunity to inform themselves. Often it can happen that we correct our children but as parents, but not listening to what they have to say.
The second half of the week it came to the topic, hear God's voice ', it spoke to another officer, which was by pretty valleys' gone in their lives. She had her first child at 17 already, it first wanted an abortion, but then it was up for adoption. In the ensuing years she suffered from terrible therefore take anxiety and guilt, and had strong medication so she could go to work. Nevertheless, God moved them towards you and stable with about 30 she came to faith in Jesus, after having tried all possible and impossible Philospophien. It took some time, but eventually her husband became a believer. He was a pilot and died a week after his conversion in a plane crash.
She married again a few years later and went in search given away by her son. After some difficulty they found him already grown up with their own family - and he was also a devout Christian! The midwife or nurse who he had in fact provided at that time, had been a Christian, and they had the impression to give the child to a Christian family. And if God had finally brought her life in order, and today she leads with her husband, youth missions at YWAM. Speaking of youth

operations: On Saturday came the second group, which performs here in the base school, the so-called Pursuits (ie freely translated "one goal"). This is a school for teenagers with certain modern Mission orientations, such as skateboarding, surfing and music. Since Sunday, all are here and there in the dining room is a bit close when 40 people eat there anymore.
But the Boys and Girls Euphorismus stuck with her and now we have to worship on Monday morning a real girl band - and since then goes off the post.

The kitchen duty took us on Saturday and Sunday in quite right - we had to prepare from 15:00 as a 6-member team dinner for 50 people on Saturday and 105 on Sunday (!). Thereafter, even washing dishes and kitchen cleaning.
On Sunday morning we visited the service of a small Christian community in Tauranga, where a friend of us, Alan Kirkby preached. Since the trip to Tauranga takes about an hour, we had to unfortunately make soon back on the road because we had to stand again at 15:00 in the kitchen.
